OUR CLASSES
We offer personalised classes in a studio Pilates format (that incorporates all the Pilates equipment), as well as boutique reformer classes. Reformer sessions are available in a number of styles, depending on your goals and the vibe you are looking for. We also offer some specialty classes for those with specific health requirements (like pre and post-natal).
REFORMER PILATES PRINCIPLES

Who is it for?
Suitable for all fitness levels, ages, pregnancy and post natal.

What is it like?
A steady-paced class, focused on mastering the foundation exercises of Pilates using the reformer.
With exercises that allow for modifications to suit a wide range of abilities. These sessions will focus on technique and progression to help you to move with confidence and enjoy improved body awareness, strength, coordination, mobility and flexibility.
REFORMER ATHLETICA PILATES

Who is it for?
NOT suitable during pregnancy, early post-natal or for complete beginners. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please check with us before booking this class.

What is it like?
This class is designed to lift your heart rate with a focus on stronger, athletic and at times explosive movements, to develop strength and improve endurance.
Incorporating free weights, jumpboard and various small apparatus. Suitable for people with some reformer experience & those looking for a higher intensity class.
REFORMER FLOW PILATES

Who is it for?
Whilst this class can be modified for most levels & ages, it is NOT suitable during pregnancy, early post-natal or for complete beginners. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please check with us before booking this class.

What is it like?
​A consistently-paced class focusing on breathwork, control, flexibility and mobility; using the reformer to create a series of flowing movement sequences. Perfect for unwinding, releasing tension, increasing flexibility, mobility and awareness.
MATWORK PILATES

This class can be modified for most levels & ages, including pregnant and post natal.

What is it like?
A steady-paced, minimalist class that uses your own bodyweight and select small apparatus as resistance. These sessions will target the whole body; challenging you to build strength, coordination, flexibility, mobility and awareness, through a flowing series of exercises.
STUDIO PRIVATE SESSION

Who is it for?
Recommended for clients that may have a pre-existing injury that requires extra attention. As well as clients who have a specific exercise goal. Suitable for pregnancy & post-natal.

What is it like?
A private session that utilizes the full suite of Pilates apparatus (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda chair, Ladder barrel etc). These sessions have a clinical focus & are individualised; with a program & sessions specially tailored to the client’s own specific goals and needs.
STUDIO SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP SESSION (MAX 4 PEOPLE)

Recommended for clients that may have a pre-existing injury that requires extra attention. As well as clients who have a specific exercise goal. Suitable for pregnancy & post-natal.

A small group session that utilizes the full suite of Pilates apparatus (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda chair, Ladder barrel etc). These sessions have a clinical focus and are individualised, with each client working through a program that is tailored to their own specific goals and needs.
REFORMER PREGNANCY & POST NATAL PILATES
These classes are scheduled pending interest. However our 'Principles of Pilates' reformer classes are suitable for pregnant or post-natal clients.
A class designed for new mothers (and their non-mobile babies) to return to exercise safely. With a focus on redeveloping core strength, body awareness and pelvic stability. Babies can be held for many exercises or placed in a capsule or mat beside the reformer. Please ensure you have been cleared for exercise by your medical team.
